About me

Hi! Nice to meet you, my name is Emilija.

Ever since I can remember, I have wanted to help and understand people on a deep level. I am happy to now call myself an accredited MSc psychologist, and I am honoured to be witnessing people's growth for a job. Being a part of someone's journey through psychological challenges is one of the greatest privileges I've ever had.

I originally come from the small, beautiful Lithuania in the Baltics. I have been lucky enough to have my privilege, curiosity, and ambition lead me to experience life abroad in France and The Netherlands, where I have been residing for the past 4 years. I love travelling and learning about other cultures, and I do my best to approach therapy from a culturally sensitive perspective. My migration experiences also help me understand expat and bi-cultural clients on a deeper level.

When I am off duty, I am training to become a yoga teacher, love going on hikes, reading, and visiting various cultural venues and events.
